Author Biography
Burness E. Moore, M.D., is clinical professor of psychiatry at the Emory University School of Medicine and training and supervising analyst emeritus at the Emory University Psychoanalytic Institute. He is a former president of the American Psychoanalytic Association and the New York Psychoanalytic Institute. The late
Bernard D. Fine, M.D., was clinical associate professor of psychiatry at the New York University College of Medicine.
