Author Biography
I am a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Instructor, a Fitness Instructor and a Personal Trainer. I train in Endurance Running, Obstacle Course Running, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and MIxed Martial Arts. I have had a passion for Martial Arts and Fitness training since the age of 12 and have now decided to begin sharing my philosophies and practices with the world.
