One Salad A Day is a collection of interesting ways to create salads. Thinking and planning how and what items will be used help to foster communication between the person creating and other family members who may be at home talking and asking questions or just making comments. So many of us throughout the pandemic have found ourselves wanting to spend more time at home cooking while trying to find our food passion. Food is something that all families, no matter how large or small, love to talk about and share new ideas. As we test the waters and share with our family, friends, and neighbors, a bond and true connections will foster greater relationship building as we share a time of closeness.
